The posting

Vous êtes passionné par les techniques du bâtiment et aimez travailler de manière autonome sur des installations variées ? Nous recherchons un Technicien de Maintenance HVAC pour intervenir sur différents sites dans la région de Nivelles.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’entretien, le dépannage et l’optimisation des installations techniques. Grâce à la diversité des projets, vous serez amené à travailler dans des environnements variés tels que des sites industriels, des immeubles de bureaux et des centres logistiques.

Vos principales responsabilités sont :

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations HVAC
  • Effectuer des mesures de pression, température, débit et rendement
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et intervenir sur les systèmes de régulation et de commande
  • Réparer ou remplacer les composants défectueux tels que ventilateurs, vannes, moteurs ou capteurs
  • Installer et mettre en service de nouvelles installations
  • Analyser les performances énergétiques et proposer des optimisations
  • Compléter correctement les rapports d’intervention et les bons de travail numériques
  • Respecter les procédures de sécurité et les normes de qualité en vigueur
  • Vous disposez d’une formation technique en HVAC, réfrigération, sanitaire, électromécanique ou d’une expérience équivalente
  • Vous possédez les certifications G1/G2 ainsi qu’un certificat frigoriste valide
  • Vous avez des connaissances de base en électricité. Les certifications BA4 et/ou BA5 constituent un atout
  • Vous détenez un certificat VCA ou êtes disposé à l’obtenir
  • Vous travaillez de manière autonome et faites preuve d’un bon sens pratique
  • Vous êtes orienté solutions, sécurité, qualité et satisfaction client
  • Les gardes et heures supplémentaires ne constituent pas un problème pour vous
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et pouvez vous exprimer de manière fonctionnelle en néerlandais
  • Vous êtes titulaire du permis B
