Technicien de maintenance HVAC

Que vas-tu faire ?

Tu assures le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques chez différents clients à Bruxelles et en Wallonie, principalement dans la région de Spa.

Tu rejoins une équipe expérimentée où la collaboration, la sécurité et la qualité du travail occupent une place centrale. Ton quotidien est varié : tu interviens sur différentes installations, recherches l'origine des pannes et veilles à proposer une solution adaptée au client.

En tant que technicien de maintenance HVAC polyvalent, tu assures la maintenance préventive, prédictive et curative des installations. Tu travailles de manière autonome sur différents sites et combines expertise technique, sens pratique et contact avec les clients.

-Tu réalises la maintenance préventive, prédictive et curative des installations HVAC et de chauffage central. -Tu contrôles le fonctionnement des installations et détectes les anomalies. -Tu recherches l'origine des pannes et effectues les réparations nécessaires. -Tu interviens également sur des installations GTC et des systèmes de régulation. -Tu effectues, selon les besoins, des interventions de base sur les installations électriques et sanitaires. -Tu testes les installations après ton intervention afin de garantir leur bon fonctionnement. -Tu rédiges des rapports clairs sur les travaux et réparations réalisés. -Tu informes le client de l'avancement de tes interventions. -Tu identifies les pièces défectueuses et détermines le matériel nécessaire aux réparations. -Tu prépares les commandes de pièces et assures le suivi des interventions. -Tu respectes les procédures de sécurité et les consignes en vigueur sur chaque site.

Vous habitez dans la région de Spa ou à proximité.

Vous disposez d’une certification valide pour la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes. Une certification gaz GI et GII constitue un atout. Un diplôme ou une expérience en électromécanique, climatisation ou électricité constitue un atout. Vous êtes en possession d’un certificat VCA valide ou êtes disposé à l’obtenir via Asap avant votre entrée en fonction.

Vous êtes fiable, motivé à apprendre et capable de travailler aussi bien de manière autonome qu’en équipe. Vous travaillez avec précision et accordez une grande importance à la sécurité. Vous avez le sens du service, communiquez de manière professionnelle avec les clients et cherchez des solutions efficaces en cas de problème.

Vous êtes titulaire d’un permis de conduire B. Vous avez une bonne à très bonne maîtrise du français, ce qui vous permet de communiquer facilement avec vos collègues et les clients.

Connaissances linguistiques : Vous parlez et comprenez très bien le français. Vous maîtrisez également le néerlandais et/ou l’anglais ? C’est un véritable atout !

Pour cette fonction, vous devez obligatoirement être en mesure de fournir un extrait de casier judiciaire. Ce document devra être présenté lors de l’entretien chez le client dans le cadre de la procédure de sécurité nationale.

- Attesten: Permis de conduire B obligatoire. Certificat VCA ou volonté de l'obtenir. Les certificats en technique du froid et/ou chauffage sont un atout. Un extrait de casier judiciaire adapté à la fonction doit pouvoir être fourni pour les interventions dans les écoles. (Dans le cadre d’interventions au sein d’établissements scolaires, un extrait de casier judiciaire sera requis. Ce document devra être remis directement à l’entreprise lors de la procédure de recrutement.)

- Opleidingsvereisten: Formation technique en HVAC, régulation, chauffage ou expérience équivalente

- Vakkennis: Maintenance HVAC, chauffage central, recherche de pannes, régulation et notions d'électricité et d'installations sanitaires.

- Talenkennis: Bonne connaissance du français. Le néerlandais et/ou l'anglais constituent un atout.
