Travaillez au cœur des installations HVAC complexes et contribuez à leur performance au quotidien. En tant que Technicien de maintenance HVAC & GTC/BMS, vous intervenez sur un site de renom à Bruxelles afin de garantir la fiabilité des installations techniques, le confort des occupants et l’optimisation énergétique des bâtiments. Développez votre expertise en HVAC, régulation et GTC/BMS sur un site fixe où la technique est au centre de chaque journée.

Votre mission se déroule : sur un site fixe à Bruxelles (Evere).

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • vous travaillez de façon autonome et/ou en équipe
  • vous réalisez la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations HVAC et des équipements techniques associés
  • vous assurez le suivi des installations via la GTC/BMS (points de consigne, alarmes, tendances et paramètres de fonctionnement)
  • vous détectez les anomalies, intervenez en dépannage et contribuez à l’amélioration des performances des installations
  • vous réalisez les relevés de compteurs, le suivi des consommations et les contrôles de fonctionnement
  • vous vérifiez et calibrez les capteurs, sondes et servomoteurs
  • vous effectuez l’entretien et le remplacement d’équipements HVAC (filtres, courroies, organes de régulation, équipements chauds et froids...)
  • vous exécutez de petits travaux d’installation et d’entretien
  • vous assurez un reporting complet de vos interventions
  • vous accompagnez les organismes de contrôle, les sous-traitants et les différents intervenants sur site

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • un diplôme A1 en électromécanique ou en automatisation
  • les attestations BA4/BA5 ; les agréments L et G1 constituent un atout
  • une expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • de solides connaissances en HVAC, chauffage et régulation
  • une connaissance des systèmes GTC/BMS
  • une capacité à analyser les données d’exploitation et à identifier les dysfonctionnements
  • une connaissance des protocoles BACnet, Modbus ou équivalents constitue un atout
  • une expérience avec Siemens, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls ou équivalent est un plus
  • une aisance avec les outils informatiques et le reporting
  • un bon esprit d’équipe, de l’autonomie et une orientation client
  • une disponibilité pour un système de garde
