The posting

Notre client, acteur reconnu dans le domaine des services multitechniques et de la maintenance des bâtiments tertiaires (bureaux, écoles, hôpitaux, etc.), recherche un Technicien de Maintenance HVAC (H/F/X) pour renforcer son équipe.

Vos missions En tant que technicien HVAC, vous serez responsable de la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques du bâtiment :

  • Entretenir et dépanner les équipements HVAC : chaudières gaz/mazout, groupes froids, systèmes hydrauliques (chauffage et eau glacée), aérauliques et régulation.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et assurer les réparations nécessaires sur les systèmes de chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et régulation.
  • Garantir le bon fonctionnement et la performance énergétique des installations.
  • Rédiger les rapports d’intervention et mettre à jour la documentation technique.
  • Appliquer les règles de sécurité et les procédures internes sur chaque site.
  • Vous disposez d’un diplôme A2 en électricité, électromécanique ou équivalent par expérience.
  • Vous avez une expérience confirmée en maintenance HVAC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation).
  • La possession d’une attestation G1 ou d’une certification frigoriste catégorie 1 est un atout majeur.
  • Vous êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) et orienté(e) satisfaction client.
  • Le respect des consignes de sécurité est pour vous une priorité.
