En tant que technicien de maintenance multi-technique, vous intervenez sur des installations HVAC et de froid, avec une réelle marge d’initiative et un cadre de travail structuré. Vous travaillez sur différents sites clients de la province du Luxembourg, en lien avec une équipe qui valorise la qualité, la collaboration et le terrain.

Votre mission se déroule : chez différents clients dans la province du Luxembourg

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations techniques HVAC et de froid
  • réaliser l’installation d’éléments techniques dans les domaines HVAC et froid
  • effectuer les entretiens, dépannages et remplacements d’équipements terminaux chauds et froids
  • intervenir sur des dépannages électriques
  • documenter les interventions et assurer un reporting clair au chef d’équipe
  • proposer des améliorations techniques et organisationnelles sur base de l’expérience terrain
  • réaliser de petits travaux d’installation et d’entretien
  • intervenir dans le cadre de services facility afin de répondre aux besoins des clients

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • diplôme A2 en techniques de réfrigération
  • attestations BA4/BA5 et VCA, considérées comme un atout
  • minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans le domaine du froid
  • expérience dans une fonction similaire, le secteur hospitalier étant un plus
  • bonnes connaissances en maintenance HVAC, froid et électricité
  • capacité à organiser son travail sur site, en coordination avec l’équipe
  • approche orientée service et recherche de solutions adaptées au client
  • rigueur dans l’application des règles de sécurité et de contrôle qualité
  • disponibilité pour un système de garde planifié en semaine et le week-end
  • permis B valide
