En tant que Technicien HVAC, vous assurez la maintenance, les dépannages et la fiabilité des installations HVAC sur plusieurs sites de la région tout en développant vos compétences dans des environnements techniques diversifiés. Vous travaillez de manière autonome au quotidien et bénéficiez du soutien d’une équipe qui partage son expertise et ses connaissances.

Votre mission se déroule : sur plusieurs sites dans la région du Brabant Wallon.

Zoom sur la fonction :

  • assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective des installations HVAC
  • intervenir sur des systèmes variés : chaudières mazout et gaz, hydraulique (chauffage et eau glacée), aéraulique, mécanique et électricité industrielle
  • gérer la régulation électrique et pneumatique ainsi que le traitement des eaux
  • réaliser de manière autonome les entretiens et dépannages courants
  • collaborer avec l’équipe pour les interventions plus importantes
  • effectuer, selon les besoins, l’entretien préventif et correctif des installations de piscines : traitement de l’eau, chauffage, ventilation et sanitaires
  • détecter et résoudre, selon les besoins, les pannes des systèmes de traitement de l’eau, de l’air, du chauffage, de l’éclairage et des sanitaires
  • participer aux gardes en soirée et/ou le week-end selon un système de rotation
  • appliquer strictement les règles de sécurité et signaler toute situation dangereuse
  • utiliser les équipements de protection individuelle et collective

¿ Venez comme vous êtes, avec idéalement :

  • un diplôme technique en HVAC, électromécanique ou équivalent
  • une solide première expérience en maintenance HVAC
  • une expérience en analyse des eaux constitue un atout
  • des connaissances en hydraulique, aéraulique, mécanique, électricité industrielle, régulation électrique et pneumatique
  • la maîtrise des outils informatiques
  • une attitude proactive et un bon esprit d’équipe
  • être disposé à participer aux gardes et posséder un permis B valable
  • une bonne maîtrise du français
