En raison de la croissance du site de Wielsbeke, nous sommes à la recherche d'un technicien de maintenance curative en équipe de nuit

En tant que technicien, vous êtes la clé pour résoudre rapidement et efficacement les dysfonctionnements techniques sur nos machines entièrement automatisées. Votre objectif ? Assurer le bon fonctionnement et minimiser les temps d'arrêt.

  • Donner l'exemple en respectant les directives et les procédures prescrites pour un environnement de travail sûr, respectueux de l'environnement et ordonné.
  • Plonger dans les systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques pour diagnostiquer et résoudre les problèmes.
  • Effectuer des réparations et remplacer les pièces défectueuses pour maintenir nos machines en parfait état.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec nos équipes opérationnelles et vos collègues techniques pour minimiser les pannes et maximiser l'efficacité.
  • Conserver les rapports de panne dans notre logiciel de maintenance (Ultimo) afin d'obtenir des informations et de continuer à s'améliorer.
  • Vous partagez votre expertise et donnez des conseils sur les améliorations possibles afin d'éviter les pannes répétées.
  • Vous encadrerez les nouveaux employés afin de les aider à évoluer dans leurs fonctions.
  • Vous travaillerez au sein de notre service de maintenance, sous la responsabilité du chef d'équipe technique.
  • Vous avez une formation technique ou une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d'expérience en tant que technicien et une passion pour la technologie
  • Vous avez une connaissance des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Vous avez une attitude proactive
  • Vous avez une vision logique et de bonnes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes, ce qui vous permet de travailler de manière indépendante.
  • Vous avez l'esprit d'équipe et vous contribuez à une communication harmonieuse et à un succès commun.
  • Vous parlez le néerlandais et le français. La connaissance de l'anglais est un atout.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler en équipe de nuit.
