The posting

Konvert est à la recherche d'un technicien de service SAV pour une société située dans la région de Comines.

En tant que technicien de dépannage et maintenance, vous assurez l'assistance technique aux clients pour les installations existantes et les nouveaux projets dans le domaine de l'intralogistique. Vous diagnostiquez et résolvez les pannes à distance via PLC et systèmes de supervision, contribuant ainsi à la continuité et à la performance des installations. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec une équipe spécialisée afin de garantir le suivi complet du cycle de vie des équipements, tout en offrant un support technique orienté client et réactif.

En tant que technicien, vos tâches sont les suivantes :

  • Assister les clients en cas de problèmes liés à des projets existants et nouveaux
  • Résoudre les problèmes à distance avec PLC ou supervision
  • Avec vos collègues, vous formerez une équipe de techniciens de dépannage et de maintenance pour assurer le cycle de vie des installations intralogistiques et de manutention

Afin de postuler à cette offre d'emploi, vous devez répondre aux critères suivants :

  • Vous êtes motivé par la technologie, êtes créatif et désireux d'apprendre
  • Vous êtes axé sur le client
  • Vous abordez les problèmes techniques de manière indépendante et pragmatique
  • Vous avez de préférence une formation en mécanique/électromécanique ou une expérience équivalente
  • Vous avez des connaissances en programmation, en électricité
  • Vous êtes flexible et êtes prêt à faire partie du service de garde (après les heures de bureau pendant la semaine et pendant les week-ends - 1 semaine par mois)
  • Vous comprenez l'anglais ou vous êtes prêt à suivre une formation
  • Vous n'avez pas le vertige (travail en hauteur)
  • Vous êtes résistant au froid (travail en congélateur)
  • Possibilité de délogement occasionnel
