Vous êtes un(e) touche-à-tout de la construction, minutieux(se), débrouillard(e) et vous aimez le contact client ? Pour notre partenaire spécialisé dans la construction résidentielle, nous recherchons un Technicien Finisseur / Handyman pour prendre en charge le SAV, l'entretien des maisons témoins et la préparation avant-réception des habitations vendues.

Vos tâches au quotidien :

  • Entretien des maisons témoins : Visiter régulièrement les maisons témoins pour effectuer les vérifications nécessaires et exécuter les petites réparations (remplacement d'ampoules, ajustement de portes/fenêtres, retouches de peinture, refixation de plinthes, etc.).
  • Pré-réception & Finitions : Intervenir sur les maisons neuves juste avant la remise des clés aux acquéreurs afin d'assurer un niveau de finition irréprochable (petits raccords, ajustements, vérifications fonctionnelles).
  • Service Après-Vente (SAV) : Se rendre chez les clients pour résoudre les réserves ou petits soucis post-livraison avec courtoisie et efficacité.
  • Polyvalence technique : Exécuter de petits travaux variés en menuiserie, peinture, jointoiement, petite électricité, serrurerie et plomberie de base.

Polyvalence & Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience globale dans le secteur du bâtiment (second œuvre, finitions, rénovation) et savez réaliser de petits travaux dans divers corps de métier (menuiserie, peinture, sanitaires, électricité basique).

Sens du détail : Vous êtes perfectionniste, soigneux(se) et avez l'œil pour détecter les moindres défauts à corriger.

Relationnel & Service Client : Aimable, poli(e) et diplomate, vous représentez l'image de marque de l'entreprise auprès des clients finaux.

Autonomie & Organisation : Capable de gérer votre planning de déplacements et vos interventions en toute indépendance.

Mobilité : Permis B indispensable pour assurer vos tournées et interventions chez les clients et maisons témoins.
