En tant que Dépanneur Frigoriste itinérant, vous êtes le visage de l'entreprise chez vos clients. Vous assurez la continuité de fonctionnement des installations grâce à votre capacité d'analyse et votre sens du service.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Diagnostic & Réparation : Détecter et résoudre des pannes complexes de nature électrique, frigorifique, hydraulique ou électronique.
  • Analyse Technique : Lire et analyser des schémas techniques et des notices, y compris en anglais.
  • Relation Client : Assurer un contact client professionnel, orienté solutions et satisfaction.
  • Coordination : Effectuer un feedback régulier au planning SAV pour optimiser les interventions.
  • Sécurité & Qualité : Respecter les procédures de travail et les règles de sécurité spécifiques à chaque client, tout en participant aux réunions mensuelles SSE.

Qui recherchons nous?

  • Expertise HVAC : Vous possédez des connaissances probantes dans le secteur du dépannage HVAC, acquises lors d'une formation spécialisée et de votre parcours professionnel.
  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience technique d'au moins 5 ans spécifiquement dans le dépannage de systèmes frigorifiques.
  • Autonomie : Vous faites preuve d'initiative et êtes capable de gérer vos interventions en toute autonomie.
  • Compétences Linguistiques : Une bonne compréhension technique du français et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour l'analyse des notices.
  • Savoir-être : Vous êtes reconnu pour votre serviabilité, votre rigueur administrative et votre grande capacité relationnelle.
