Comme Technicien HVAC multitechnique itinérant, vous intervenez sur différents sites pour assurer la maintenance, le dépannage et le bon fonctionnement des installations techniques. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans la continuité des installations HVAC, en combinant compétences techniques, autonomie terrain et sens du service.

Elle opère dans un environnement multisite, orienté service, qualité d'intervention et autonomie des techniciens, tout en investissant durablement dans ses équipes terrain et ses outils techniques.

Missions

Dans ce rôle de technicien HVAC multitechnique itinérant, vous intervenez sur différents sites afin d'assurer la fiabilité, la sécurité et la performance des installations techniques.

  • Réaliser la maintenance préventive et curative des installations HVAC (chauffage, ventilation, climatisation)
  • Assurer le diagnostic des pannes et le dépannage multitechnique (HVAC, électricité de base, sanitaire, petites réparations techniques)
  • Intervenir sur des sites variés (bureaux, bâtiments tertiaires, sites techniques, etc.)
  • Effectuer les contrôles de fonctionnement, réglages et tests des installations
  • Garantir le respect des normes de sécurité, des procédures internes et des exigences clients
  • Rédiger les rapports d'intervention et assurer un suivi technique rigoureux
  • Travailler en autonomie terrain, tout en collaborant avec les équipes internes et le planning

Ce poste s'adresse à un technicien HVAC multitechnique itinérant, à l'aise avec le travail terrain, les interventions variées et la relation client.

  • Formation en HVAC, électromécanique, techniques du bâtiment ou équivalent
  • Expérience en maintenance HVAC et/ou multitechnique dans un environnement tertiaire ou multisite
  • Compétences en chauffage, ventilation, climatisation et en techniques générales du bâtiment
  • Capacité de diagnostic, autonomie et gestion des priorités sur le terrain
  • Rigueur, sens des responsabilités et respect des règles de sécurité
  • Bon contact client et esprit d'équipe, même en environnement itinérant
  • Permis B requis pour les déplacements dans la région de Bruxelles
