The posting

Pour compléter notre équipe d'ouvriers spécialisés dans la maintenance d'installations électriques, HVAC et industrielles, nous sommes à la recherche d'un TECHNICIEN DE MAINTENANCE HVAC-FRIGORISTE (f/h).

  • Vous assurez principalement la maintenance préventive et curative des installations de chauffage, de ventilation, de climatisation et frigorifiques de nos clients (administrations publiques, des écoles, des bureaux, etc.).
  • Vous travaillez principalement sur la région de Bruxelles ainsi qu'en Wallonie.
  • Dans le cadre de votre fonction, vous effectuez les tâches suivantes :
  • Maintenance et dépannage des groupes de ventilation.
  • Maintenance et dépannage des groupes de production de froid (chiller).
  • Maintenance et dépannage des splits, pompes à chaleur, climatiseurs, etc.
  • Maintenance et dépannage en HVAC (ventilation, distribution hydraulique, unités terminales, etc.).
  • Maintenance et dépannage des collecteurs.

Votre fonction est variée. Vous remplacez des pièces défectueuses telles que des compresseurs, régulateurs, sondes, vannes, capteurs, circulateurs, etc.

Vous vous assurez que toutes les réparations respectent les normes de sécurité et de qualité.

Suite à votre intervention, vous appliquez les procédures de démarrage, de tests et de réglages des installations frigorifiques et/ou de climatisation-ventilation.

Vous vous assurez des contrôles d'étanchéité des installations (Pàc, Splits, climatisations, chiller, etc.) en respectant les impositions légales.

Administrativement, vous devez également maintenir à jour les rapports détaillés des interventions, des réparations effectuées et des pièces utilisées, sur tablette via notre logiciel de GMAO.

En fonction des agréments en votre possession, vous êtes amené à assurer la maintenance des tableaux électriques divisionnaires liés aux techniques de chauffage et production de froid.

Vous êtes autonome dans votre travail.

  • La sécurité est pour vous primordiale.

Connaissances spécifiques :

  • Vous êtes en possession d'agréations frigoriste catégorie 1.

Expérience souhaitée :

  • Une première expérience dans une fonction similaire est souhaitée.

Formation souhaitée :

  • Vous avez une formation de frigoriste, d'électromécanicien ou d'électricien ou équivalent par expérience.

Permis de conduire ( Catégorie):

  • Permis de conduire B requis.

Zone et Environnement de travail ( fonction itinérante / Travail en atelier / Mixte) :

  • Vous êtes rattaché à notre département de Nivelles et vous interviendrez sur des chantiers situées dans la périphérie de la région de Bruxelles Capitale et/ou en Wallonie.

Type de contrat de travail :

  • Selon le profil retenu et les besoins de l'entreprise, le poste pourra être pourvu dans un premier temps via une mission d'intérim, avec possibilité d'engagement en CDI à son issue.

Régime et horaire de travail :

  • Un horaire de jour du lundi au vendredi (temps plein 40H/semaine à raison de 8H/jour), avec la flexibilité d'entrer dans un système de garde toutes les 6 semaines.

Date d'engagement :

  • Dés que possible une fois la formation terminée.
