The posting

Rattaché au Responsable Maintenance, vous réalisez les interventions de maintenance préventive, corrective et curative de notre parc machines sur le site d’Anderlecht. Vous collaborez avec l’équipe maintenance et la production pour assurer la continuité de la production et le bon fonctionnement des installations.

Vos Responsabilités

De formation technique en électromécanique, vous prenez en charge les missions suivantes :

Maintenance préventive, corrective et curative

· Assurer la mise en sécurité de votre zone d’intervention et veiller au respect strict des règles de sécurité

· Réaliser des entretiens techniques préventifs et correctifs afin de garantir la disponibilité et le bon fonctionnement des équipements de production et utilités (chaudières, compresseurs, …)

· Assurer la gestion et le paramétrage des variateurs, indispensables au bon fonctionnement de nos équipements

Contrôles et suivi technique

· Effectuer des contrôles et tests quotidiens des installations (compteurs, analyses d’eau, relevés, …) + Gérer le stock des pièces de rechange

· Signaler toute anomalie ou dysfonctionnement technique observé durant vos contrôles

Interventions bâtiment

· Réaliser de petits entretiens et modifications au sein du bâtiment (électricité, éclairage, plomberie, …)

Organisation et documentation technique

· Définir le planning des interventions en coordination avec la production

· Rédiger des comptes rendus clairs et détaillés

· Lire et interpréter des schémas électriques, hydrauliques et mécaniques liés aux différentes machines et installations

· Mettre à jour la documentation technique des installations et partager les informations pertinentes avec l’équipe

Votre Profil

· Diplôme et/ou formation technique en électromécanique

· Expérience d’au moins 5 ans dans une fonction similaire

· Expérience confirmée avec les variateurs (bonne connaissance requise)

· Certificat BA4 et/ou BA5 : un atout

· Excellente maîtrise du français ; oral et écrit (la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout et des notions d’anglais sont vivement recommandées)

· Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles : rédaction de comptes rendus par écrit et/ou via ordinateur (aisance informatique) et communication claire

· Flexibilité requise : travail en rotation sur 3 shifts (06h00–14h00 / 14h00–22h00 / 22h00–06h00) + certains week-ends selon les besoins, en accord avec le Responsable Maintenance

· Excellent sens de l’analyse et capacité à résoudre rapidement les problèmes techniques

· Autonome, rigoureux et respectueux des procédures de sécurité en environnement industriel

· Réactif, avec une grande capacité d’apprentissage et un bon esprit d’équipe
