Votre mission

En tant que Technicien SAV – Dépannage & Maintenance, vous assurez le bon fonctionnement d'installations intralogistiques de haute technologie chez les clients. Vous intervenez aussi bien sur des installations existantes que sur de nouveaux projets afin de garantir leur performance et leur disponibilité.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • Assurer l'assistance technique auprès des clients en cas de panne ou de dysfonctionnement.
  • Intervenir sur des équipements intralogistiques tels que :convoyeurs à bande et à rouleaux ; ascenseurs industriels ; tables tournantes ; shuttles ; systèmes automatisés de manutention.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes et effectuer les interventions de maintenance préventive et curative.
  • Collaborer avec une équipe de spécialistes afin d'assurer le suivi complet du cycle de vie des installations.
  • Participer au service de garde (environ une semaine par mois après votre période d'intégration).

Vous êtes le candidat idéal si vous :

  • êtes passionné par la technique et aimez relever des défis ;
  • possédez une formation en mécanique, électromécanique ou une expérience équivalente ;
  • disposez de bonnes connaissances de base en électricité et en programmation ;
  • avez un profil principalement orienté mécanique (75%) avec de bonnes bases en électricité (25%) ;
  • êtes autonome, méthodique et orienté solutions ;
  • appréciez le contact client et savez communiquer avec professionnalisme ;
  • êtes flexible et acceptez les déplacements ainsi que les interventions de garde ;
  • n'avez pas le vertige et êtes à l'aise pour travailler en hauteur, dans des environnements frigorifiques ou en atmosphère contrôlée (hypoxie) ;
  • comprenez l'anglais ou êtes motivé à suivre une formation.
