  • Expérience en réparation IT et helpdesk (PC, smartphones, tablettes, réseaux).
  • Compétences commerciales solides : tu sais convaincre, écouter et créer une relation de confiance.
  • Orientation client, autonomie, maturité et sens des responsabilités.
  • Dynamisme, flexibilité, résistance au stress et bonne présentation.
  • Français obligatoire ; Anglais et Néerlandais sont des atouts.
