En tant que Technico-commercial NL/FR, vos missions quotidiennes seront :

Au bureau (80 %) ¿ Être l'interlocuteur·rice de référence des clients professionnels : conseil technique, réponse aux demandes, suivi de la relation ¿ Analyser les cahiers des charges et traduire les besoins en solutions d'aménagement, en lien direct avec le bureau d'études et la production ¿ Établir les offres, calculer les prix de revient, assurer le suivi des commandes et la coordination des délais ¿ Assurer le suivi administratif complet des projets, de la commande à la livraison

À l'atelier (20 %) ¿ Travailler aux côtés des équipes de production, sur le montage et l'aménagement des véhicules ¿ Garder un contact concret avec le produit : c'est cette connaissance du terrain qui fait la crédibilité de vos conseils et la justesse de vos offres ¿ Servir de relais naturel entre l'atelier et le client sur les dossiers en cours

Pour vous épanouir dans ce rôle et rejoindre notre équipe, nous recherchons une personne qui partage nos valeurs et possède les qualifications suivantes :

¿ Formation technique (mécanique, électromécanique, électricité) doublée d'une réelle aisance relationnelle et commerciale ¿ Vous aimez autant construire une offre derrière un écran que visser, câbler et monter en atelier ¿ ce double aspect vous attire plutôt qu'il ne vous freine ¿ Vous êtes parfaitement à l'aise avec l'outil informatique ¿ Vous lisez un plan, comprenez une contrainte de production et savez l'expliquer simplement à un client ¿ Bilingue français/néerlandais

Diplôme : Baccalauréat (Ouvrier qualifié) Langues : Français (courant) · Néerlandais (courant) Expérience : 2 à 5 ans
