De cao Metaal en Techniek is een van de belangrijkste cao's in de technische sector. In 2025 zijn er opnieuw afspraken gemaakt over minimumlonen, werktijden, vakantiedagen, overwerktoeslagen en scholing. Bij Maintec werk je vaak via opdrachtgevers die onder deze cao vallen.Alleen anders hieraan is dat als je via Maintec aan de slag gaat, je valt onder het NBBU-cao. Dat betekent dat je zeker weet dat je recht hebt op eerlijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, ook als je via een BBL-traject aan de slag gaat. De cao zorgt voor duidelijkheid én bescherming - of je nu starter bent of al jaren in het vak zit. Het startsalaris in 2025 ligt gemiddeld tussen de €2.450 en €2.850 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je functie en ervaring. BBL'ers verdienen een leerlingloon op basis van leerjaar en leeftijd. Wel kan het flinke stappen maken als jij aan kan tonen dat je al jaren ervaring hebt. + Hoeveel vakantiedagen krijg ik volgens de cao? Werk je fulltime via ons? Dan heb je recht op minimaal 25 vakantiedagen per jaar. In veel gevallen komt daar nog extra bij, zoals ATV-dagen of bijzonder verlof bij bijvoorbeeld een huwelijk of verhuizing. Hoe zit het precies als je via ons werkt? Wij volgen de regels van de NBBU-cao. Dat betekent dat we altijd zorgen voor een eerlijke en duidelijke beloning. Vakantiedagen vallen hierbij onder de basisregeling. Extra dagen, zoals meer dan 25 vakantiedagen of bijzonder verlof bij een specifieke cao van de opdrachtgever, nemen wij alleen over als dit onder ADV valt of expliciet is afgesproken.
