Dan is de vacature technicus gebouwen en medische hulpmiddelen iets voor jou! Wat je gaat doen Als technicus speel je een belangrijke rol in het creëren en behouden van een veilige, schone en goed onderhouden omgeving voor onze patiënten, bezoekers en collega's. Met jouw technische kennis en praktische instelling draag je bij aan de optimale staat en werking van onze gebouwen en medische hulpmiddelen. Bij een technische storing ben jij vaak degene die als eerste ter plaatse is om de situatie te beoordelen en waar mogelijk direct een oplossing te bieden. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan problemen met hang- en sluitwerk, verstoppingen of defecte verlichting. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen externe bedrijven, je technische collega's en de afdeling waar de storing zich voordoet. Je stemt werkzaamheden af, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste acties worden uitgezet. Daarbij stel je zelfstandig prioriteiten en zorg je ervoor dat storingen binnen drie dagen worden opgelost. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze gebouwen en medische hulpmiddelen in goede conditie blijven. Collega's kunnen altijd op jouw praktische instelling en helpende hand rekenen! Waar ga je werken? Je gaat aan de slag op onze ziekenhuislocatie in Rotterdam, binnen de afdeling Techniek & Beheer. Deze afdeling maakt deel uit van de Facilitaire Dienst en bestaat uit een team van 22 collega's. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor het technisch beheer en onderhoud van onze gebouwen en voorzieningen. Jullie zorgen ervoor dat de werkomgeving veilig, betrouwbaar en goed onderhouden blijft, zodat onze zorgprofessionals hun werk zo goed mogelijk kunnen doen.
