The posting

Bij een producent van microprecisieonderdelen in Eerbeek werk je aan de besturing van sterk geautomatiseerde productieprocessen. Met electroforming worden hier nauwkeurige metalen onderdelen gemaakt voor onder meer medische apparatuur en elektronica. Als Technicus Industriële Automatisering beheer, verbeter en vernieuw je de systemen achter deze processen. Je werkt met Siemens S7, TIA Portal, WinCC, SCADA en industriële netwerken en denkt mee over de verdere automatisering van de productie. Je maakt deel uit van de Technische Dienst en werkt samen met nuchtere vakmensen aan betrouwbare installaties. Je dagelijkse werk loopt uiteen van PLC-programmering en storingsanalyse tot inspecties en het installeren van nieuwe besturingen. Voor wijzigingen en projecten stem je af met collega's en externe leveranciers. Daarbij krijg je ruimte om je kennis van proces- en besturingstechniek te verdiepen via opleidingen en mee te werken aan toekomstige productieverbeteringen. Consignatiedienst hoort bij deze rol. Functie-inhoud - Besturingsapplicaties ontwerpen, programmeren en instellen - Siemens S7-, WinCC- en SCADA-systemen en industriële netwerken beheren - Automatiseringssystemen onderhouden, inspecteren en storingen oplossen - Nieuwe systemen installeren en besturingswijzigingen binnen projecten doorvoeren - Randapparatuur beheren, waaronder de brandmeldinstallatie en het BHV-systeem - Technische werkzaamheden afstemmen met externe leveranciers en partners - Deelnemen aan consignatiediensten voor de continuïteit van de productie Functie-eisen - Minimaal een mbo-4-diploma Elektrotechniek, Industriële Automatisering, Mechatronica of Besturingstechniek - Kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal, SCADA en WinCC - Minimaal twee jaar ervaring met PLC-programmering en proces- en besturingstechniek - VCA VOL en NEN 3140, of bereidheid deze te behalen - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden voor overleg met collega's en leveranciers - Een leergierige instelling en bereidheid om consignatiedie.
