The posting

Als technicus onderhoud blusapparaten en mechanische sloten ga je dagelijks op pad naar onze klanten. Je combineert twee technische domeinen: het onderhoud van blusapparaten en werkzaamheden aan mechanische sloten.

Je zorgt ervoor dat installaties en materialen correct, veilig en gebruiksklaar blijven.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • blusapparaten controleren en onderhouden;
  • de toestand, identificatie, drukindicatie, verzegeling en bevestiging van blusapparaten controleren;
  • defecten, beschadigingen, corrosie, lekkages of verkeerde toepassingen herkennen en rapporteren;
  • toegelaten onderdelen van blusapparaten vervangen;
  • mechanische sloten en deuren controleren en problemen diagnosticeren;
  • cilinders, slotkasten, sluitplaten en beslag demonteren, plaatsen of vervangen;
  • mechanische sloten herstellen en afregelen;
  • na de werkzaamheden een volledige functie- en eindcontrole uitvoeren;
  • afwijkingen duidelijk registreren en indien nodig een vervolginterventie of bijkomend technisch advies aanvragen;
  • je werkbon, gebruikte materialen, foto's en technische bevindingen correct registreren;
  • de klant informeren over de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en vastgestelde aandachtspunten.

Je organiseert je werkzaamheden zelfstandig, maar kan steeds rekenen op ondersteuning van je collega's, mentor en leidinggevende.

Je werkt voornamelijk op locatie bij onze klanten in Vlaams-Brabant, Antwerpen, Brussel en omgeving. Occasioneel zijn opdrachten buiten deze regio mogelijk.

Nederlands: goede kennis

Je moet met klanten kunnen communiceren en technische instructies, werkbonnen en veiligheidsinformatie kunnen begrijpen.
