Samen met ruim collega's werken we elke dag aan een veilige, duurzame en efficiënte industrie. We leveren technische diensten aan toonaangevende klanten in de (petro)chemie, energie, farma en voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Wat ga je doen? Als Technicus Testing en Kalibratie ben jij de specialist en ga jij op pad met een servicebus vol high tech equipment. Je voert, alleen of in teamverband, kalibratiewerkzaamheden uit aan meet- en regelapparatuur voor bedrijven in de industrie. Met name in de voedsel, farma en chemie. Voornamelijk in de regio maar optioneel ook internationaal. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de apparatuur nauwkeurige resultaten blijft opleveren, zodat betrouwbare metingen gedaan worden. De werkzaamheden zijn: - Je voert kalibraties uit van diverse meet- en regeltechnieken aan druk-, temperatuur- en flowmeters; - Je voert justeringen uit; - Je maakt digitale rapporten van de uitgevoerde kalibraties in de paperless kalibratiesoftware; - Je lost meet- en regeltechnische storingen op; - Je voert controles uit op basis van schema's en tekeningen, over de gehele loop. Van transmitter tot aan regelklep; - Jij bent (mede) verantwoordelijk voor het opstarten van de meet- en regeltechniek plants tijdens projecten en zorgt voor een veilige uitvoering. Wat neem jij mee?
