  • Elektronische storingen aan personenwagens en lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen onderzoeken.
  • Foutcodes en meetwaarden uitlezen en interpreteren met diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Sensoren, actuatoren, elektronische regelmodules en CAN-busverbindingen controleren.
  • Elektrische schema’s gebruiken en metingen uitvoeren om defecten te lokaliseren.
  • Defecte elektronische onderdelen, modules, bekabeling en connectoren herstellen of vervangen.
  • Vervangende modules aansluiten, instellen en controleren volgens de technische voorschriften.
  • Coderingen en aanpassingen uitvoeren binnen je kennis en ervaring.
  • Na de interventie de werking controleren en de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden registreren.
  • Overleggen met de werkplaatsverantwoordelijke over bijkomende herstellingen en complexe problemen.
  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding in autodiagnose, voertuigelektronica of autotechniek, of gelijkwaardige praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met elektronische diagnoses aan voertuigen van verschillende merken.
  • Je kent de werking van sensoren, actuatoren, regelmodules en CAN-busnetwerken.
  • Je kunt elektrische schema’s lezen en werken met een multimeter en diagnoseapparatuur.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en met aandacht voor veiligheid.
  • Je kunt technische instructies begrijpen en met collega’s communiceren in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een geldig rijbewijs B voor eventuele proefritten.
  • Ervaring met bijvoorbeeld Launch, Autel, Bosch, Delphi of Xentry is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van ECU-codering en moduleconfiguratie is een pluspunt; verdere ontwikkeling is mogelijk.
