The posting

  • Je bent de eerste schakel bij het oplossen van zowel mechanische als elektrische problemen op de productielijnen
  • Je staat in voor onderhoudswerken van de machines op zowel mechanisch maar vooral op elektrisch vlak.
  • Je vervangt defecte of versleten onderdelen en componenten. Test en controleer de werking van vervangen onderdelen om een goede werking te garanderen.
  • Je voert regelmatig inspecties en kalibraties van machines uit om ervoor te zorgen dat ze voldoen aan de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Via het onderhoudsprogramma (ULTIMO) krijg je dagelijks taken toegewezen en registreer je het uitgevoerde werk.
  • In geval van machinestilstanden, analyseer je het probleem en zoek je naar oplossingen zodat de lijn snel terug operationeel is.
  • Je kan vlot overweg met het MS Office pakket.
  • Je kan probleemoplossend denken.
  • Je kan elektrische schema’s lezen en mechanische tekeningen begrijpen.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur al een aantal jaar ervaring in productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt de juiste veiligheids- en milieureflex.
  • Je wil graag in team werken
  • Je hebt een heel goede kennis van het Nederlands.
