Onze klant is een professionele automotive speler met vestigingen in Berlare. Binnen de organisatie staan technische expertise, betrouwbaarheid en een sterke service naar klanten centraal. De werkplaatsen zijn uitgerust om onderhoud, diagnoses en herstellingen op een kwalitatieve manier uit te voeren, terwijl techniekers kunnen rekenen op een ervaren team en een professionele werkomgeving.

Voor deze functie zoeken we geen klassieke depanneur die de hele dag onderweg is. Je bent in de eerste plaats een volwaardige autotechnieker die voornamelijk in het atelier werkt. Wanneer er een pechmelding binnenkomt, neem je daarnaast de depannagerol op en ga je met de nodige expertise ter plaatse.

Je krijgt daardoor het beste van twee werelden: technisch uitdagend werk in het atelier én af en toe een interventie op locatie waarbij je jouw probleemoplossend vermogen volledig kan inzetten.

Als Technieker-Depanneur sta je dagelijks in voor diagnoses, onderhoud en herstellingen aan voertuigen. Wanneer een klant onderweg met een kleinere technische storing geconfronteerd wordt, kom jij in actie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Diagnoses stellen aan voertuigen en technische storingen zelfstandig analyseren
  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren in de werkplaats
  • Elektrische, elektronische en mechanische problemen opsporen en oplossen
  • Werken met diagnoseapparatuur en technische systemen
  • Bij een pechmelding binnen het uur uitrukken naar de klant
  • Kleine technische storingen ter plaatse analyseren en herstellen
  • De klant duidelijk informeren over de oorzaak van het probleem en de uitgevoerde interventie
  • Zorgen voor een correcte administratieve opvolging van interventies en herstellingen
  • Samenwerken met collega's in het atelier en technische informatie delen
  • Je kennis van voertuigen en diagnoses blijven uitbreiden
  • Bij voorkeur kan je terugkijken op een eerste werkervaring als autotechnieker, je kan zelfstandig diagnoses kan stellen, ongeacht het automerk
  • Je hebt een mature werkhouding, een stabiel professioneel parcours en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op
  • Je bent bereid om dagelijks tot 18u te werken en indien nodig na 18u nog uit te rijden voor een pechinterventie; uitrijden vóór 18u is de regel
  • Sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van veiligheidsvoorschriften
