Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend Belgisch voedingsbedrijf met een vestiging in Roeselare, zijn we op zoek naar een onderhoudstechnieker. Deze locatie speelt een sleutelrol in de productie van voedingssupplementen, met een sterke specialisatie in de bakkerijsector.

Het bedrijf staat bekend om zijn kwalitatieve producten en levert zowel aan de retail- als de foodservice-markt. Ze combineren ambachtelijke knowhow met moderne technologieën en zetten sterk in op innovatie en continue kwaliteitsverbetering om steeds in te spelen op de evoluerende noden van de voedingsindustrie.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het geautomatiseerd machinepark.
  • Rapporteren aan de supervisor technische dienst en uitvoeren van interventies bij defecten op de productiesite, inclusief technische probleemoplossing (elektrisch en mechanisch).
  • Betrokken bij de optimalisatie van projecten en nieuwe investeringen.
  • Werkzaam op diverse onderhoudsaspecten, zoals PLC-sturing, automatisatie, nutsvoorzieningen en elektrisch/mechanisch onderhoud.
  • Beheer van de koelcentrale voor ammoniak en corigerende rol in het technisch beheer van de magazijnen (rollend materieel, automatisch magazijn, etc.). Regelmatig overleg met collega's en productieverantwoordelijken.
  • Ervaring in industriële koeltechnieken en een achtergrond in een technische studierichting (bachelor of hoger secundair in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of mechanica).
  • Teamplayer met een flexibele instelling, bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken en een permanentierol op je te nemen (1 op 3 weken).
  • Sterk veiligheids- en kwaliteitsbewustzijn, werkt volgens 5S-principes en volgt de hygiëne- en veiligheidsnormen van een voedingsbedrijf nauwgezet op.
