Ben jij een onderhoudstechnieker die graag sleutelt aan installaties waar het écht op aankomt? Dan zit je hier goed.

In regio Gent ga je aan de slag op een industriële productiesite binnen de chemische procesindustrie. Het machinepark draait continu, dus stilstand is geen optie. Daarom zoeken we een technieker die storingen niet uit de weg gaat, graag problemen uitpluist en voldoening haalt uit installaties opnieuw perfect aan de praat krijgen.

Je werkt in een technische omgeving waar mechanica en elektriciteit dagelijks samenkomen. De ene dag spoor je een storing op aan een installatie, de andere dag voer je preventief onderhoud uit of denk je mee over hoe een terugkerend probleem structureel kan worden opgelost.

Je staat er bovendien niet alleen voor. Samen met een ervaren technisch team zorg je ervoor dat de productie veilig, betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijft draaien.

Hou jij van techniek, verantwoordelijkheid en de voldoening van een machine die dankzij jouw tussenkomst weer draait zoals het hoort? Dan is dit een omgeving waarin jij je helemaal kunt uitleven.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als Onderhoudstechnieker in 2-ploegen ben je een onmisbare schakel in het draaiend houden van het machinepark.
  • Binnen je rol als technieker sta je in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van installaties en machines
  • Daarnaast analyseer je storingen en grijp je snel en doelgericht in om productieonderbrekingen te beperken
  • Verder voer je herstellingen, afstellingen en technische optimalisaties uit aan diverse installaties
  • Bovendien bewaak je de continuïteit van het productieproces en ondersteun je collega’s bij technische vragen
  • Tot slot waak je over veiligheid en kwaliteit en neem je de nodige acties bij risico’s in het proces
  • Je beschikt over een technische achtergrond in elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit
  • Daarnaast kan je uiteraard terugvallen op relevante ervaring in een onderhouds- of productieomgeving
  • Bovendien heb je een goede basis in storingsanalyse, onderhoudstechnieken en industriële installaties
