Ben jij de technische duizendpoot die storingen ziet als een uitdaging? Wil je werken in een hoogtechnologische omgeving waar jouw expertise echt het verschil maakt? Voor een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in de regio Ieper zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven technieker om het onderhoudsteam te versterken.

Als technieker ben je de onmisbare schakel die de productie draaiende houdt. Je komt terecht in een modern machinepark waar automatisatie en innovatie centraal staan. Geen enkele dag is hetzelfde: van preventief onderhoud tot het oplossen van complexe, onvoorziene defecten. Je krijgt de ruimte om autonoom te werken, diep in de techniek te duiken en mee te denken over technische verbeteringen aan de installaties.

Om deze rol succesvol in te vullen, beschik je over de volgende kwaliteiten:

  • Technische basis: Je hebt een diploma TSO of Bachelor in een technische richting (Elektromechanica, Elektriciteit of Onderhoudstechnieken) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Brede kennis: Je hebt een goede kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica. Kennis van pneumatica, hydraulica of PLC is een sterke troef.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je bent analytisch ingesteld en rust niet voordat een storing volledig is opgelost.
  • Mentaliteit: Je werkt nauwkeurig, hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en stelt veiligheid altijd voorop.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid om in ploegen te werken (2-ploegen), zodat de continuïteit van de productie gewaarborgd blijft.

Jouw takenpakket

Jouw technische expertise wordt ingezet voor een breed scala aan taken:

  • Curatief onderhoud: Je spoort elektrische en mechanische storingen op en herstelt ze vakkundig om stilstand te minimaliseren.
  • Preventief onderhoud: Je voert inspecties en geplande onderhoudswerken uit om defecten proactief te voorkomen.
  • Optimalisatie: Je denkt mee over aanpassingen aan het machinepark om de efficiëntie en veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Projectwerk: Je assisteert bij de installatie en opstart van nieuwe productielijnen of machines.
  • Administratie: Je rapporteert de uitgevoerde werken in het onderhoudssysteem zodat je collega's altijd op de hoogte zijn.
