The posting

Als Service Technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de reparatie van garageapparatuur, waaronder hefbruggen, remmentestbanken, wielbalancers, wieluitlijners, airconditioningsystemen en meer.

Als Service Technieker ben je de spil tussen het bedrijf en hun gewaardeerde klanten. Jouw rol gaat verder dan alleen technisch onderhoud en reparaties uitvoeren; je bent een directe vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf en de toewijding aan uitmuntende service.

Elke dag stap je in je firmawagen en ga je de baan op om de klanten te bezoeken.

Je begroet de klanten met een glimlach en een positieve houding, en luistert naar hun behoeften en eventuele zorgen over hun apparatuur. Of het nu gaat om een routineonderhoudsbeurt, een reparatie of het verlenen van technische ondersteuning, je staat altijd paraat om de beste oplossingen te bieden.

Door direct met klanten te communiceren, bouw je sterke relaties op en versterk je het vertrouwen in het bedrijf en de diensten.

Je bent niet alleen een technicus, maar ook een serviceprofessional die erop gebrand is om elke klant de beste ervaring te bieden. Met jouw toewijding en expertise zorg je ervoor dat de klanten altijd tevreden zijn en met een gerust hart kunnen vertrouwen op hun garageapparatuur.

Voor de functie van service technieker rekenen we vooral op een passie voor elektriciteit, mechanica en technische installaties.

  • Bij voorkeur heb je een diploma in een technische richting, vb. elektriciteit, mechanica, elektromechanica
  • We rekenen op minstens 3 jaar ervaring omdat je in een heel zelfstandige functie terechtkomt en snel zelfstandig zal moeten werken
  • Zeer goede kennis van zowel Nederlands, Frans als Engels. Het bedrijf is actief over heel België en Luxemburg waardoor een sterke talenkennis belangrijk is om alle klanten een goede service aan te kunnen bieden
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de ruime regio Zellik omdat je regelmatig naar kantoor moet om onderdelen op te halen
  • Er worden interne opleidingen voorzien dus we verwachten een gezonde dosis leergierigheid
  • Je omschrijft jezelf als een klantgericht persoon: je zal zowel via e-mail als via telefoon klanten te woord staan en hen helpen bij vragen en problemen
