Bij Fine Food Bread zorgen we elke dag voor smaakvolle broden, sandwiches en patisserie voor de winkels van Colruyt Group en andere klanten. Achter onze kwaliteitsproducten schuilt een modern machinepark en een sterk team van techniekers. Als technieker speel jij daarin een sleutelrol.

Wat doe je als technieker?

Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat onze productie-installaties betrouwbaar en efficiënt blijven draaien. Dankzij jouw technische expertise kunnen onze productielijnen optimaal presteren.

Jouw takenpakket is gevarieerd:

  • Je voert preventief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties om storingen te voorkomen.
  • Bij technische problemen of pannes analyseer je de oorzaak en zorg je voor een snelle en duurzame oplossing.
  • Je denkt actief mee na over verbeteringen aan machines, installaties en werkprocessen.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van productie, kwaliteit en techniek om de continuïteit van de productie te garanderen.
  • Je rapporteert aan de technisch verantwoordelijke en deelt je inzichten met het team.
  • Geen enkele dag is dezelfde. Dankzij jouw technische kennis en probleemoplossend vermogen maak je elke dag het verschil op de werkvloer.

Kennis en ervaring: Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd en beschikt over minstens twee jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.

Technische interesse: Je voelt je thuis in een technische omgeving en hebt kennis van mechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie, pneumatica en elektropneumatica. Ervaring met lassen is een pluspunt.

Analytisch en oplossingsgericht: Je gaat systematisch te werk, stelt de juiste diagnose en zoekt naar duurzame oplossingen. Daarbij behoud je steeds het overzicht.

Verantwoordelijk: Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt eigenaarschap over je werk. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en voedselveiligheid staan daarbij altijd voorop.

Leergierig: Je bent nieuwsgierig, neemt initiatief en blijft graag bijleren. Nieuwe technieken en technologieën trekken je aan.

Flexibel: Je werkt in een ploegensysteem en bent bereid om, wanneer nodig, ondersteuning te bieden buiten de reguliere werkuren of permanentie op te nemen.

Talenkennis: Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels.
