Wil jij als elektrotechnieker volledige verantwoordelijkheid opnemen over een machinepark en zelf technische problemen oplossen in plaats van externe leveranciers te bellen?

Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf in regio Gent, gespecialiseerd in kunststofverwerking, zoeken we een ervaren elektrotechnieker die graag zelfstandig werkt en technische uitdagingen met beide handen aanpakt. Je komt terecht in een kleinschalige productieomgeving met een 40-tal collega’s waar korte communicatielijnen en een praktische aanpak centraal staan.

Deze onderneming groeide van een klein atelier uit tot een vaste waarde binnen maatwerkoplossingen voor onder andere de medische sector, cosmetica en verpakkingsindustrie. Door blijvende investeringen in automatisatie en machine-upgrades blijft het bedrijf verder groeien.

Binnen deze functie krijg je als elektrotechnieker veel autonomie en speel je een belangrijke rol in het moderniseren en optimaliseren van het volledige machinepark.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als elektrotechnieker sta je in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud van het geautomatiseerd machinepark zodat de productie vlot blijft draaien
  • Daarnaast analyseer je technische storingen grondig en los je problemen zelfstandig op, zowel elektrisch als mechanisch
  • Samen met de productiemanager werk je mee aan de opstart, optimalisatie en automatisatie van nieuwe en bestaande installaties
  • Verder onderzoek je terugkerende defecten tot in de kern en zorg je voor duurzame technische oplossingen op lange termijn
  • Tot slot denk je actief mee over verbeteringen aan machines, processen en technische installaties om de werking efficiënter te maken
  • Je behaalde een technisch diploma in elektromechanica of beschikt over een gelijkwaardige ervaring met kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, hydraulica en pneumatiek
  • Daarnaast kan je terugblikken op relevante ervaring binnen een productieomgeving waarbij je zelfstandig technische problemen oploste
  • Ervaring met conventioneel draaien en frezen vormt een mooie meerwaarde binnen deze functie als elektrotechnieker
  • Tot slot spreek en begrijp je vlot Nederlands omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en een goede samenwerking op de werkvloer
