Ben jij de technisch expert die pannes oplost nog voor ze het productieproces verstoren en wil je meebouwen aan de modernste zuiveltechnologieën?

Als Technieker / Storingstechnieker (2-ploegen) op onze high-tech productiesite in Moorslede ben jij de onmisbare schakel die onze machines draaiende houdt. In deze rol als onderhoudstechnieker en elektromecanicien zorg je voor het preventief onderhoud en het snel verhelpen van mechanische en elektrische pannes. Je komt terecht in een geautomatiseerde, moderne en veilige werkomgeving waar je samenwerkt met gepassioneerde collega's. Jouw expertise zorgt ervoor dat de productie van onze bekende kazen (zoals Brugge Kaas) in Moorslede nooit stilvalt!

Opleiding en ervaring: Je hebt een technisch diploma (TSO/BSO) in de richting van elektromechanica, elektriciteit, automatisatie of mechanica, of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Relevante ervaring als servicetechnieker of installatietechnieker in een productieomgeving (bij voorkeur voeding) is een pluspunt.

Brede technische kennis: Je bent een allround technisch operator met een sterke kennis van elektriciteit en mechanica. Kennis van pneumatica, hydraulica of PLC-sturingen is een mooie troef.

Probleemoplossend vermogen: Als rasechte storingstechnieker analyseer je pannes snel en efficiënt. Je denkt logisch na, bent stressbestendig en neemt initiatief om structurele oplossingen te implementeren.

Communicatie en teamgeest: Je communiceert helder met de productie-operatoren om pannes vlot te lokaliseren. Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband uitstekend functioneren.

Veiligheid en flexibiliteit: Je hebt een scherp oog voor veiligheid, hygiëne en kwaliteit (HACCP). Je bent bereid om te werken in een flexibel 2-ploegenstelsel (vroege en late shift) in Moorslede.

Storingen verhelpen: Je lokaliseert, analyseert en repareert acute mechanische en elektrische pannes aan de productie- en verpakkingsinstallaties om stilstanden tot een minimum te beperken.

Preventief onderhoud: Je voert geplande inspecties, metingen en onderhoudstaken uit om de betrouwbaarheid en levensduur van het machinepark proactief te verhogen.

Installatiewerk en herstellingen: Je voert revisies en herstellingen uit op diverse installaties en assisteert bij de opstart of aanpassing van nieuwe productielijnen.

Continu verbeteren: Je signaleert terugkerende technische problemen en doet actieve verbetervoorstellen om processen efficiënter en veiliger te maken.

Rapportage: Je registreert de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en gebruikte materialen nauwkeurig in het onderhoudssysteem, zodat je collega-techniekers van de andere shift perfect op de hoogte zijn.
