Je komt terecht in een familiaal bedrijf waar je samenwerkt met een ervaren matrijstechnieker die je stap voor stap opleidt. Je hoeft niet alles al te kennen. Belangrijker is dat je technisch inzicht hebt, graag bijleert en trots bent op werk dat tot in de details klopt. Hier krijg je de kans om een gespecialiseerd vak te leren binnen een stabiele werkomgeving waar kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leert matrijzen maken en onderhouden aan de hand van technische plannen
  • Je werkt met CNC-machines en leert deze stap voor stap correct gebruiken
  • Je leest technische tekeningen en zet deze nauwkeurig om in de praktijk
  • Je helpt bij het onderhouden, herstellen en afstellen van matrijzen
  • Je werkt dagelijks samen met een ervaren collega die je begeleidt en ondersteunt
  • Je controleert zorgvuldig de kwaliteit van je werk
  • Je denkt mee wanneer een matrijs of werkwijze verbeterd kan worden
  • Je bouwt rustig ervaring op en leert verschillende machines en technieken kennen

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een familiaal productiebedrijf waar mensen elkaar kennen en waar collega's al jarenlang samenwerken. De sfeer is rustig en no-nonsense. Nieuwe medewerkers krijgen de tijd om alles stap voor stap onder de knie te krijgen en kunnen rekenen op begeleiding van ervaren collega's. Binnen het technische team werk je nauw samen met één ervaren matrijstechnieker die zijn kennis graag doorgeeft. Er wordt niet verwacht dat je alles meteen kan. Je krijgt de ruimte om vragen te stellen, ervaring op te bouwen en rustig te groeien in je functie. Ook naast het werk is er aandacht voor de mensen. Kleine initiatieven zoals een frietkraam, een nieuwjaarsreceptie, attenties tijdens Pasen en Sinterklaas of een ijsje op warme dagen zorgen voor een aangename werksfeer. Het zijn net die kleine dingen die maken dat medewerkers zich hier thuis voelen en vaak jarenlang blijven.
