Hou jij ervan de productiemachines vanbinnen en vanbuiten te leren kennen? Ben jij een kei in techniek en mechanica, zijn storingen voor jou een uitdaging? Dan is deze job zeker iets voor jou.

Voor een bedrijf in regio Merchtem, zijn we op zoek naar een Technieker. Als storingstechnieker in 2-ploegen, ben je verantwoordelijk voor

  • Technische defecten aan geautomatiseerde machines, vullijnen en inpaklijnen oplossen.
  • Je voert technische interventies uit volgens de kwaliteitsprocedures, rekening houdend met hygiëne en productveiligheid.
  • Door preventief onderhoud (volgens onderhoudsplan) zorg je dat technische storingen tijdig opgespoord worden.
  • Herstellen van storingen en vermijdt daardoor productiestilstanden.
  • Bij kalme momenten word je ook ingeschakeld om de vulmachines en inpaklijnen mede te bedienen.
  • Je genoot een opleiding elektro-mechanica A2 niveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en bent in staat om elektrische schema’s lezen.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen en elke storing oplossen.
  • Je hebt kennis van PLC sturingen. Kennis van Siemens Step 7 is een plus.
  • Je kan goed werken met de computer en hebt kennis van het MS Office programma.
  • Je bent bereid om in een tweeploegenstelsel van maandag tot en met vrijdag te werken.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands.
