Ben jij technisch sterk en krijg je energie van het oplossen van storingen? Werk je graag in een moderne, geautomatiseerde omgeving en schrikt werken op hoogte jou niet af?

Voor onze klant, een stabiel en groeiend productiebedrijf in de regio Roeselare, zijn wij op zoek naar een Technieker voor het volautomatische hoogbouwmagazijn.

Als technieker speel je een belangrijke rol in het draaiende houden van de installaties. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat storingen snel worden opgelost en stilstanden tot een minimum worden beperkt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van eerste lijnstoringen en technische herstellingen binnen het volautomatische magazijn.
  • Bij een storing zorg je ervoor dat de installatie zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel is.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen samen met je collega's en zoekt naar een duurzame oplossing.
  • Je staat in voor het preventief en curatief onderhoud, voornamelijk op mechanisch vlak.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse onderhouds- en actielijst op.
  • Je voert onder andere controles en smeerwerken uit en bereidt geplande interventies voor.
  • Je werkt mee aan het optimaal functioneren van de geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Je rapporteert technische problemen en uitgevoerde interventies aan de verantwoordelijke.

Je hebt een technische opleiding gevolgd of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.Je hebt kennis van PLC-systemen.Motoren AC/DC, sensoren en frequentieregelaars zijn jou niet vreemd.Je hebt kennis van netwerk- en bussystemen.Je kan technische plannen lezen en elektrische schema's interpreteren.Je beschikt over een goede elektrische kennis.Je kan hydraulische en pneumatische problemen herkennen en oplossen.Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt probleemoplossend.Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook goed binnen een team.Werken op hoogte schrikt jou niet af.Veiligheid staat voor jou steeds voorop.
