Voor een groeiend bedrijf zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde technieker die mee wil instaan voor het goed functioneren en verder optimaliseren van het machinepark.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Je staat in voor het preventief onderhoud van het machinepark en helpt zo storingen en stilstanden te voorkomen.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar technische storingen en zorgt voor een efficiënte oplossing.
  • Je denkt mee na over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen productie en techniek.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de technisch manager en draagt bij aan een vlotte en efficiënte productie.
  • Je krijgt de kans om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Heb jij een technische achtergrond of sterke interesse in techniek en wil je graag bijleren? Dan hoef je zeker geen jaren ervaring te hebben. Motivatie, initiatief en de goesting om technische problemen op te lossen zijn minstens even belangrijk!!

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis elektriciteit en voelt je comfortabel met elektrische installaties en storingen.
  • Kennis van mechanica is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Je staat vooral open om hierin bij te leren en een opleiding te volgen.
  • Je werkt graag nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. In deze kleinere productieomgeving is fijn en zorgvuldig werken belangrijk.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen binnen de productie en technische werking.
  • Je krijgt energie van het zoeken naar optimalisaties en denkt graag mee over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen verlopen.
  • Je hebt interesse in duurzaamheid en denkt graag mee over mogelijkheden om het bedrijf verder te verduurzamen.
  • Je bent leergierig, praktisch ingesteld en hebt een echte hands-on mentaliteit.
