Als technieker sta je in voor het optimaal functioneren van duurzame verwarmingsoplossingen zoals ketels, airco’s en warmtepompen bij klanten in jouw regio. Met vakkennis, oog voor kwaliteit en een klantgerichte aanpak draag je dagelijks bij aan comfortabel en energiezuinig wonen. Samen werken we aan een beter klimaat.

Voor klanten ben jij het vertrouwde aanspreekpunt en de expert ter plaatse. Voor het team ben je een collega die zijn of haar job met goesting doet. Concreet betekent dit:

· Je voert regelmatig onderhoud uit en zorgt ervoor dat alle toestellen in perfecte staat blijven.

· Je staat in voor herstellingen bij klanten en geeft hen duidelijke uitleg en praktische tips.

· Je bewaakt je planning en registreert elke interventie correct in het systeem.

· Je beheert zelfstandig je bestelwagen, materiaal en onderdelenvoorraad.

· Je neemt actief deel aan opleidingen om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen.

Je hebt een echte passie voor techniek en dat straal je uit in alles wat je doet. Klanten en collega’s merken dat aan je enthousiasme, nauwkeurigheid en oplossingsgerichte houding. Verder:

· Je beschikt over een GI-certificaat of andere certificaten of bent bereid dit binnenkort te behalen.

· Je hebt een rijbewijs B en verplaatst je vlot en veilig tussen klanten.

· Je communiceert duidelijk en klantgericht.

· Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en bent pas tevreden wanneer alles correct en veilig werkt.
