Via Randstad Permanent Placement solliciteer je rechtstreeks voor een onmiddellijk vast contract bij een toonaangevende, hoogtechnologische voedingsproducent in Lembeke. Als storingstechnieker kom je terecht in een geautomatiseerde productieomgeving waar jouw technische knowhow echt impact heeft op het proces. Voor de site in Lembeke zoeken we versterking voor zowel de 2 ploegen (vroege ploeg van 05u00 tot 13u00 en late ploeg van 13u00 tot 21u00) als de vaste nachtploeg (21u00 tot 05u00). Je kiest het werkregime dat het beste aansluit bij jouw levensstijl!

Voor deze gevarieerde rol als storingstechnieker in Lembeke zoeken we een gedreven technicus met het volgende profiel:

  • Een diploma (bachelor) in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of elektronica, of evenwaardig aan ervaring.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en een probleemoplossend vermogen om complexe technische storingen aan te pakken.
  • Leergierigheid en de drive om jezelf te blijven ontwikkelen binnen een groeiende organisatie.
  • Een fijne teamspirit gecombineerd met de capaciteit om zelfstandig en autonoom te werken.
  • Aandacht voor hygiene, orde, netheid en veiligheid (cruciaal binnen de voedingssector).

Als storingstechnieker ben je een onmisbare schakel in het machinepark. Je garandeert de continuïteit en de veiligheid van de productielijnen:

  • Analyseren en oplossen: Je spoort technische storingen snel op en verhelpt ze efficient met een constante focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Preventief onderhouden: Je voert gepland onderhoud uit om machinestilstand van de geavanceerde installaties proactief te vermijden.
  • Ombouwen en afstellen: Je ondersteunt vanuit jouw technische oogpunt bij het omstellen van productielijnen voor verschillende producttypes.
  • Continu verbeteren: Je detecteert verbeterpunten op de vloer, werkt acties uit en voert deze samen met je collega's uit.
  • Investeringen ondersteunen: Je brengt jouw vakkennis en inzicht in bij grote investeringsprojecten op de site in Lembeke.
