Als Technieker Automatisatie maak je deel uit van de technische dienst binnen een sterk geautomatiseerde productieomgeving in Oevel. Binnen deze rol ligt de focus op het garanderen van een stabiel en efficiënt productieproces door snel en doelgericht technische storingen aan te pakken.

De functie combineert hands-on onderhoudswerk met automatisatie en optimalisatieprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met collega-techniekers en engineering om installaties betrouwbaar, veilig en futureproof te houden.

Wat ga je doen?

Technische ondersteuning & onderhoud

  • Ondersteuning bieden bij technische storingen om productieonderbrekingen tot een minimum te beperken.
  • Preventief en ongepland onderhoud uitvoeren aan geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Elektrische schema's aanpassen en correct documenteren.
  • Technische verslagen registreren binnen het maintenance managementsysteem.

Automatisatie & optimalisatie

  • Meedenken over innovatieve oplossingen voor het retrofitten van oudere machines.
  • PLC-gerelateerde storingen analyseren en ondersteunen bij technische optimalisaties.
  • Sensoren, servotechnieken en frequentieregelaars controleren, instellen en indien nodig vervangen.
  • Mee bijdragen aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving.

Persoonlijke vaardigheden

  • Analytisch sterk en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.
  • Aandacht voor veiligheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid.
  • Teamgericht met een proactieve werkhouding.
  • Flexibel en stressbestendig bij technische interventies.
  • Je werkt graag hands-on en bent in je element met je collega's op de werkvloer.

Technische kennis

  • Je beschikt over een hogere technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen automatisatie of elektromechanica.
  • Kennis van PLC-technieken zoals Siemens S7 en TIA Portal is een pluspunt.
  • Ervaring met frequentieregelaars, servotechnieken en verschillende types sensoren.
  • Inzicht in hydrauliek, pneumatiek en elektrische storingsanalyse.
  • Kennis van warmteweerstanden, PT100 en thermokoppels.
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en een basiskennis Engels.
