In regio Gent kom je terecht bij een internationale speler binnen de kunstofindustrie, met een sterke focus op innovatie, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid. Op deze site komt alles samen: meerdere productieafdelingen die gezamenlijk zorgen voor een vlot en betrouwbaar proces.

Binnen de technische dienst kom je terecht in een team van specialisten in automatisatie, waar je nauw samenwerkt en kennis deelt. In deze rol als Technieker Automatisatie werk je actief mee aan het optimaliseren en verbeteren van de installaties.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen jouw rol als Technieker Automatisatie sta je samen met het automatisatieteam in voor het onderhoud en de optimale werking van een uitgebreid en modern machinepark
  • Daarnaast spoor je elektrische en automatiseringsstoringen op aan PLC’s, sensoren, motorsturingen en HMI-systemen waarbij je telkens gericht naar een duurzame oplossing zoekt
  • Verder voer je preventieve en curatieve onderhoudswerken uit op elektrisch, pneumatisch en meet- & regeltechnisch vlak zodat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien
  • Bovendien krijg je de kans om actief mee te werken aan technische verbeterprojecten die de veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties verhogen
  • Tot slot volg je externe techniekers en leveranciers technisch op, beheer je technische documentatie en zorg je mee voor een correcte stock van reserveonderdelen
  • Je behaalde een bachelor elektromechanica, elektronica, elektriciteit of bouwde een gelijkaardige technische expertise op dankzij relevante ervaring
  • Daarnaast beschik je over een goede kennis van PLC-sturingen zoals Siemens S5, S7 of TIA Portal en voel je jezelf thuis binnen industriële automatisatie
  • Verder heb je ervaring met motorsturingen AC/DC, elektrische schema’s en technische diagnoses binnen een productieomgeving
  • Alsook werk je graag samen met collega’s, denk je oplossingsgericht en behoud je het overzicht wanneer technische problemen zich voordoen
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en kan je jezelf ook vlot uitdrukken in het Engels
