Voor een sterk groeiende onderneming in Kuurne zoeken we een Technieker Automatisatie voor de middagploeg. Je komt terecht in een hypermodern en volledig geautomatiseerd diepvriesmagazijn waar techniek en innovatie hand in hand gaan.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Technieker Automatisatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de optimalisatie en het oplossen van storingen aan de geautomatiseerde installaties.
  • Je werkt op het hart van de logistieke operatie en zorgt ervoor dat alle systemen maximaal beschikbaar blijven.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan geautomatiseerde installaties
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen op mechanisch, elektrisch en automatiseringsvlak
  • Onderhouden van transportsystemen, shuttles, robotarmen en automatische opslaginstallaties
  • Diagnoses stellen op PLC-sturingen, sensoren en netwerkcommunicatie
  • Kalibraties uitvoeren en instellingen aanpassen
  • Optimalisaties voorstellen en implementeren om prestaties te verbeteren
  • Opvolgen en beheren van spareparts
  • Beheer van brandmeldinstallaties, zuurstofreductiesystemen en koeltorens
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt bij technische problemen binnen het Yard-systeem
  • Installaties reinigen en in optimale conditie houden
  • Actief meewerken aan een veilige en efficiënte werkomgeving
  • Samenwerken met collega's en andere afdelingen om continuïteit te garanderen
  • Je werkt in de middagploeg van 13u00 tot 21u30.
  • Technische opleiding in elektromechanica, automatisatie of elektriciteit
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële of geautomatiseerde omgeving
  • Kennis van mechanica en elektriciteit
  • Basiskennis PLC-sturingen en automatisatie
  • Ervaring met sensoren, netwerkcommunicatie en besturingstechnieken is een pluspunt
  • Analytisch en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken
  • Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk
  • Veiligheidsbewust
  • Bereid om te werken in een koude omgeving wanneer nodig
  • Comfortabel werken op hoogte
  • Teamplayer met sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
