Een diploma is niet het belangrijkste: jouw inzet, leergierigheid en goesting om te werken tellen. Je krijgt opleiding op de werkvloer en staat er niet alleen voor.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan technische installaties, machines en rollend materieel.
  • Je helpt bij het opsporen en oplossen van technische en elektrische storingen.
  • Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en interesses werk je als storingstechnieker, elektromechanieker, onderhoudsmecanicien, industrieel elektricien, HVAC-technieker of technieker van rollend materieel.
  • Je leert stap voor stap nieuwe technieken en krijgt begeleiding van ervaren collega's.
  • Je werkt samen met een team waarin veiligheid, respect en goed samenwerken belangrijk zijn.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een technische organisatie die investeert in haar medewerkers. Je krijgt de nodige opleiding, begeleiding en materialen om je job goed te leren en uit te voeren. Je werkt samen met collega's die je ondersteunen en helpen om steeds zelfstandiger te worden. Iedereen krijgt de kans om bij te leren en ervaring op te bouwen.

  • Je hebt minstens 2 jaar relevante ervaring als technieker, bijvoorbeeld in elektriciteit, mechanica, elektromechanica, HVAC of rollend materieel. Ervaring als automecanicien alleen is niet voldoende.
  • Een technisch diploma is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw praktische ervaring, motivatie en bereidheid om te leren zijn minstens zo belangrijk.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, werkt graag met je handen en bent bereid om flexibel te werken wanneer de opdracht dat vraagt.
