Als technisch monteur sta je in voor de assemblage, testing en herstelling van verschillende industriële installaties.

  • Je assembleert hydraulische, pneumatische, mechanische en elektrische units.
  • Je test de installaties en controleert of alle onderdelen correct functioneren.
  • Je spoort technische problemen op en voert herstellingen uit.
  • Je leest en interpreteert technische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s.
  • Je voert algemene technische bewerkingen uit, waaronder draaien, frezen en slijpen.
  • Je rapporteert technische problemen en werkzaamheden aan de Shop Supervisor.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie zoeken we een technisch ervaren kandidaat met een sterke praktische ingesteldheid.

  • Je beschikt over een diploma A2/A3 mechanica of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens vijf jaar concrete technische ervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring met machinebouw, assemblage of een gelijkaardige technische functie.
  • Je hebt kennis van:mechanica; hydraulica; pneumatiek; elektriciteit.
  • Je kunt technische tekeningen en elektrische schema’s lezen.
  • Je hebt een algemene kennis van draaien, frezen en slijpen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht.
  • Je bent bereid om volgens vaste procedures te werken.
  • Je neemt veiligheid ernstig en werkt steeds volgens de geldende voorschriften.
  • Kandidaten die niet aan alle plusvereisten voldoen, mogen zeker voorgesteld worden wanneer ze over voldoende technische ervaring en motivatie beschikken.

  • Een BA4- of BA5-attest of ervaring met schakelkasten is mooi meegenomen.
  • Ook een VCA-, heftruck- of rolbrugattest vormt een extra troef.
  • Kennis van Engels, Frans en/of Duits is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om occasioneel mee te gaan voor interventies in het buitenland.
