The posting

Je werkt in een gevestigde technische werkplaats in Brugge, binnen een hecht team met heel wat technische ervaring. Collega's kennen elkaar goed en helpen elkaar wanneer dat nodig is. Tegelijk is de werkplaats volop in ontwikkeling en wordt er bewust gewerkt aan een open manier van samenwerken en verdere professionalisering.

Je wordt begeleid door de vestigingsverantwoordelijke en de werkplaatschef. Er wordt geluisterd naar je vragen en je krijgt de ruimte om je technische kennis verder uit te bouwen. Geen grote show, wel een omgeving waar vakkennis, respect en goed samenwerken belangrijk zijn.

Jobomschrijving

Als diagnosetechnieker combineer je mechanisch werk met technische diagnose.

  • Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan bestelwagens en vrachtwagens.
  • Je stelt diagnoses bij elektrische, elektronische en mechanische storingen.
  • Je leest elektrische schema's en gebruikt diagnoseapparatuur om problemen op te sporen.
  • Je analyseert storingen en zoekt naar de oorzaak.
  • Je voert zowel eenvoudige als complexere mechanische en elektrische herstellingen uit.
  • Je helpt mee bij depannages en technische interventies wanneer nodig.
  • Je registreert je werkzaamheden volgens de geldende procedures.
  • Je overlegt met de werkplaatschef en collega's over de planning en lopende werkzaamheden.

Je krijgt een grondige onboarding en leert de werking van de werkplaats en de gebruikte systemen kennen. Naarmate je meer ervaring opbouwt, neem je zelfstandig diagnoses en herstellingen op.

  • Je hebt ervaring met het stellen van technische diagnoses.
  • Je hebt een sterke basis in mechaniek en elektriciteit.
  • Je kan elektrische schema's lezen.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen logisch en zoekt graag naar de oorzaak.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgt technische procedures.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar weet wanneer overleg nodig is.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk en neemt je werk serieus.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands en kan je voldoende uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Ervaring met bestelwagens of vrachtwagens is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
  • Je bent bereid om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden.
