Functie

Voor een toonaangevende specialist in high-end interieur- en verwarmingssystemen zoeken we een gedreven Technieker Dienst na verkoop. In deze rol ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf en zorg je ervoor dat klanten zorgeloos kunnen genieten van hun installatie.

Jouw dag als technieker;

?Je start de werkdag vroeg in de ochtend (06:30u) op de hoofdzetel. Na een korte briefing met je collega-planners ben je klaar om te vertrekken:

  • Voorbereiding: Je neemt je planning door en laadt de juiste onderdelen en materialen in je persoonlijke bestelwagen.
  • On-site service: Je bezoekt diverse particuliere klanten voor het periodiek onderhoud en de herstelling van hoogwaardige haarden en kachels.
  • Analyse & Reparatie: Je spoort zelfstandig technische pannes of defecten op (gas, elektriciteit of mechanisch) en lost ze vakkundig op.
  • Klantenservice: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant ter plaatse, beantwoordt vragen en geeft technisch advies over het gebruik van de installatie.
  • Afwerking: Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens de regels van goed vakmanschap, ruimt je werkplek grondig op en laat alles piekfijn achter.
  • Afsluiting: Aan het einde van je route rijd je terug naar de hoofdzetel om je materiaal te lossen en je bestelwagen te ordenen voor de volgende dag.

Profiel

Jouw profiel al technieker;

  • Technische basis: Je bent technisch aangelegd en hebt al een mooie basiskennis of ervaring opgedaan als loodgieter, chauffagist, schrijnwerker of HVAC-technieker. Kennis van gas en/of elektriciteit is een sterke troef.
  • Opleiding of ervaring: Je beschikt over een relevant diploma (TSO/BSO Centrale Verwarming, Sanitaire installaties, Hout/Schrijnwerk) óf bent gelijkgesteld door relevante praktijkervaring in de bouw- of installatiesector.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Je bent klantvriendelijk, stressbestendig en kan goed zelfstandig werken. Je denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Talen & Mobiliteit: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands. Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B (of bent bereid dit snel te behalen).
