The posting

Technische problemen analyseren, oplossen en meteen zien waarvoor je het doet? Als technieker dienst na verkoop onderhoud en herstel je haarden en kachels bij klanten thuis. Je werkt zelfstandig op verplaatsing, maar kunt rekenen op collega's voor planning en technische afstemming.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt voor een gespecialiseerde technische KMO. Je dag start om 6u30 op de hoofdzetel in Nazareth, waar je jouw planning ontvangt en de nodige materialen inlaadt.

• Je vertrekt met de bestelwagen naar verschillende klanten

• Je voert onderhoud en herstellingen uit aan haarden en kachels

• Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt zelfstandig naar de juiste oplossing

• Je werkt met toepassingen rond gas en elektriciteit

• Je beantwoordt technische vragen van klanten

• Je stemt indien nodig af met planners, techniekers en verkopers

• Je zorgt dat informatie bij de juiste collega terechtkomt en volgt technische dossiers correct op

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en zorgt voor een verzorgde afwerking

• Je ruimt na iedere interventie grondig op

• Na je planning keer je terug naar de hoofdzetel

• Je lost materialen en houdt je bestelwagen en gereedschap netjes en georganiseerd

Je bent veel zelfstandig onderweg en komt dagelijks bij mensen thuis. Technische kennis is dus belangrijk, maar correct communiceren en verzorgd werken zijn dat evenzeer.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt technisch inzicht en relevante praktijkervaring

• Ervaring als loodgieter, chauffagist of HVAC technieker sluit goed aan

• Je hebt kennis van gas, elektriciteit of beide

• Je kunt technische problemen analyseren en zelfstandig oplossen

• Je communiceert correct en professioneel met klanten

• Je kunt je vlot mondeling en schriftelijk uitdrukken in het Nederlands

• Je beschikt over rijbewijs B of bent bereid dit te behalen

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en laat je werkplek netjes achter

Een technisch diploma kan een goede basis zijn, maar relevante ervaring telt evenzeer.
