Storingen oplossen, klanten helpen en elke dag iets anders.

Jij bent degene die het oplost wanneer iets niet werkt. Als technieker dienst na verkoop ga je op baan naar klanten om haarden en kachels te onderhouden en herstellen. Je vertrekt ’s morgens vanuit het depot en krijgt je planning mee. Je analyseert problemen ter plaatse en zoekt zelf naar de juiste oplossing. Geen script, wel technisch inzicht. Je werkt aan verschillende installaties: gas, elektriciteit, verwarming… en zorgt dat alles opnieuw veilig en correct functioneert. Je bent ook het aanspreekpunt voor klanten. Je legt uit wat je doet en zorgt dat ze gerust zijn dat alles weer in orde is. Je werkt proper en kwalitatief. Afwerken en netjes achterlaten hoort er gewoon bij. Op het einde van de dag keer je terug, zorg je dat je materiaal in orde is en vertrek je de volgende dag opnieuw goed voorbereid.

Wat helpt om hier goed te draaien:

  • Technische achtergrond (HVAC, sanitair, elektriciteit…)
  • Basiskennis van gas en/of elektriciteit
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en denkt oplossingsgericht
  • Je bent klantgericht en communiceert vlot
  • Rijbewijs B of bereid dit te behalen
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands
