Voor een groeiende en innovatieve onderneming binnen een productieomgeving zijn we op zoek naar een technieker. In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het machinepark optimaal blijft functioneren. Je staat in voor zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud en grijpt snel en efficiënt in bij technische storingen.

Werk je graag zelfstandig, neem je verantwoordelijkheid en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen van technische problemen? Dan is deze vacature iets voor jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Jouw takenpakket

Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de goede werking van de machines. Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud volgens het onderhoudsplan.
  • Opsporen en oplossen van defecten en technische storingen.
  • Monteren en demonteren van machines en machineonderdelen.
  • Uitvoeren van herstellingen, controles, afstellingen en regelingen.
  • Uitvoeren van gerichte technische interventies bij pannes.
  • Lezen, interpreteren, aanvullen en corrigeren van technische documenten.
  • Meewerken aan revisies en technische verbeteringen.
  • Nauwkeurig en veiligheidsbewust werken.
  • Respecteren van de geldende voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de planners, collega-techniekers en de kwaliteitsdienst.

Jouw profiel

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die:

  • Een A2-diploma heeft in een technische richting of gelijkwaardige kennis heeft opgebouwd door ervaring.
  • Technisch inzicht heeft en graag storingen analyseert.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan werken.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid durft nemen.
  • Nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en oplossingsgericht te werk gaat.
  • Flexibel ingesteld is en energie krijgt van een dynamische productieomgeving.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit belangrijk vindt.
  • Bereid is om voornamelijk in daguren te werken.
  • Via een wachtbeurtsysteem bereikbaar wil zijn tijdens weekends wanneer dit nodig is voor technische pannes of grotere revisies.

Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of met industriële installaties is een pluspunt.
