Technieker

FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Als technieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor technische ondersteuning in het productieproces, aangestuurd door de Technical Manager. Je zorgt ervoor dat de productie zo snel mogelijk opnieuw operationeel is bij storingen of pannes.

Jouw rol

  • Je spoort technische storingen op, analyseert ze en lost ze pragmatisch op.
  • Je documenteert de uitgevoerde oplossingen.
  • Je werkt voornamelijk mechanisch (80% mechanisch, 20% elektrisch).
  • Je werkt aan een machinepark bestaande uit onder andere freesmachines, zaagmachines, handling- en pick & place-robots, lasrobots en CNC-machines.
  • Je voert regelmatig preventief onderhoud uit volgens het onderhoudsplan.
  • Je brengt continu verbeterideeën aan en voert deze uit in samenwerking met de Technical Manager.

PROFIEL

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een technisch diploma met voorkennis Electro/Mechanica.
  • Je hebt ervaring in de maakindustrie, bijvoorbeeld met CNC, robots of volautomatische lijnen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met machineonderhoud, waaronder motoren en overbrengingen, perslucht en hydraulica.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis elektriciteit en HMI.
  • Las-ervaring is een must.
  • VCA en ervaring met een heftruck/hoogtewerker zijn een troef.
  • Je bent vlot Engelstalig; Nederlandstalig is een troef.
  • Je hebt een basiskennis PC.
  • Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegenstelsel te werken.
  • Je bent hands-on ingesteld bij het aanpakken van technische storingen.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, bent leergierig, enthousiast en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hebt realiteitsbesef bij het omgaan met dure apparatuur.
  • Je draagt 5S hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je bent een teamplayer met een positieve ingesteldheid.
