FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Voor een toonaangevend productiebedrijf gespecialiseerd in hoogwaardige functionele eiwitten zijn wij op zoek naar een elektromechanisch onderhoudstechnieker. Het bedrijf verwerkt dierlijk bloed en eieren tot kwalitatieve eiwitproducten die worden toegepast in onder meer de voedingsindustrie, cosmetica en hoogwaardige dierenvoeding. Dankzij moderne productietechnieken en een sterke focus op kwaliteit en innovatie biedt deze onderneming een technisch uitdagende werkomgeving.

In deze functie ligt de nadruk op elektromechanica en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het optimaal functioneren van het volledige machinepark. Je voert zowel preventief als curatief onderhoud uit aan de productie-installaties en spoort technische storingen op om deze snel en efficiënt op te lossen. Dankzij jouw kennis van elektriciteit, mechanica, pneumatica en automatisatie analyseer je problemen grondig en zorg je voor duurzame oplossingen. Daarnaast sta je in voor het programmeren, aanpassen en optimaliseren van bestaande programma's en denk je actief mee over technische verbeteringen om de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van de installaties verder te verhogen. Met jouw technische expertise draag je dagelijks bij aan een vlot, veilig en kwalitatief productieproces.

PROFIEL Je beschikt over een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur binnen de elektromechanica, en hebt een sterke interesse in techniek. Basiskennis van elektriciteit is een mooie troef en je bent gemotiveerd om je technische kennis verder uit te breiden. Je kan zelfstandig werken, neemt verantwoordelijkheid op en denkt oplossingsgericht wanneer zich technische problemen voordoen. Daarnaast ben je bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst, gemiddeld één week op zeven, inclusief weekend. Tot slot ben je flexibel ingesteld en werk je graag in een 2-ploegenstelsel (5u-13u en 14u-22u).
