The posting

Binnen een specifiek vakgebied voer je onderhoudstaken uit en/of bedien je installaties volgens de geldende normen voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu, om zo de efficiëntie en effectiviteit van en rondom de gebouwen en installaties te waarborgen.

  • Zorgen voor een optimale werking door complexe onderhouds- en operationele taken strak te plannen en uit te voeren
  • Werkzaamheden grondig voorbereiden (zoals wisselstukken reserveren en afstemmen met uitbating, VEM en VGW)
  • Technische schema's, P&ID’s en maatschetsen opmaken
  • Controlerondes lopen, nutsvoorzieningen beheren en specifieke testen (zoals doptesten) uitvoeren
  • Storingen en defecten tijdig signaleren, analyseren en registreren (inclusief alarmen)
  • Direct gepaste actie ondernemen en concrete voorstellen doen om uitval te verhelpen en in de toekomst te vermijden
  • Actief deelnemen aan verbeterprojecten, risico- en werkpostanalyses
  • Binnen de gestelde tijd doeltreffende oplossingen formuleren en toegewezen opdrachten uitvoeren
  • Technische installaties helpen realiseren door input te leveren over onderhoudbaarheid en ergonomie
  • Vereisten verifiëren via testen/controles en actief meewerken aan de indienstname
  • Gegevens, schema’s, logboeken en beheerssystemen nauwkeurig bijhouden en up-to-date houden
  • Mee schrijven aan duidelijke instructies en handleidingen om de hiërarchie te informeren en kennis vast te leggen
  • Interne en externe medewerkers taakgericht aansturen en opvolgen bij onderhoud en keuringen
  • Duidelijke instructies geven en nieuwe of minder ervaren collega's opleiden en begeleiden
  • Medior Electro-Mechanical Technician met 1 tot 3 jaar recente ervaring in een industriële omgeving
  • Elektrische Schematiek: Ervaren in het lezen, begrijpen en uitvoeren van werkzaamheden op basis van ePlan schema's
  • Spanning & Metingen: Grondige kennis van zowel laag- als hoogspanning en ervaring met netspanningsmetingen
  • Veiligheid & Regelgeving: Gecertificeerd/bevoegd als BA5 (vakbekwaam persoon) en goed op de hoogte van het AREI
  • Industriële Netwerken: Basiskennis tot intermediate kennis van industriële netwerkstructuren
  • Talen: Nederlands (uitstekende beheersing)
